Where you ship and sell?

We ship products from China directly(the factory location).

How to pre-order?

Pay the deposit first, when it comes out, we will inform you to pay the rest(via your email address).

Shipping cost we will get when the product finished.

If statues broken or lost during shipping, how to slove it?

If lost during shipping , we will ship a new one or refund your money back.

If got broken during shipping, we will send new replacement or we accept return if no replacement available.

After I pre-ordered a product , when I pay the rest?

Every pieces for PO, we will write approximate release date in product description. when it is ready shipped, we will inform you via email to pay rest.

Customs fees

We do not charge the customs fees, (if buyers choose no customs fees delivery methods, 100% no customs fees, just for EU buyers).

And we usually write lower declared value as gift (the price we will according to the box size)in the dispatch notes to help buyers reduce the customs fees of avoid it.
